All sessions offered are for home visits or outside training within the London area.
Sessions are for 1 hour unless otherwise organised at the time of booking.
A 1 hour session will include
- A fitness workout tailored to what you want, need, like and dislike.
- Motivation to help you push yourself harder.
- A workout program for you to follow between PT sessions this will be amended each session according to your progress.
- Diet advice to help you achieve your goals what ever they may be.
Individual Session: £20
10 sessions: £180 (10% discount)
Group session 2 - 3 people: £15per person
10 sessions: £135 per person (10% discount)
If you wish to change or cancel an appointment you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance to be able to get a refund or change the appointment.
Not able to afford personal training sessions I also offer 8 week training programs for £30. These will be tailored to how you want to train and to your goals this pack will include a 20 minuet consultation and a 8 week tailored program which will be designed to help you reach your goals.
