Here a cool circuit you can do at home this should help you get fit once you've completed this circuit you will have done 300 reps in total.

Jumping Jacks 15

Leg kicks 10

Press Ups 10

push ups

Back extensions 15

Lunges 10


Spotty Dogs 15



Repeat 3 times
